Here is the latest progress at the Duball construction site in Rockville Town Center, in front of the Regal Cinemas. This two-in-one project contains The Upton luxury apartments and Cambria Suites hotel.

Things are coming along quite nicely at the construction site of the future Cambria Suites hotel and Upton apartments in Rockville Town Center.

The Duball project is really making progress since my last update. A hybrid of a luxury apartment building (The Upton) and a hotel (Cambria Suites), the building is much more in line with Rockville Town Square than the hodgepodge of projects planned for Town Center Phase II north of there.

THE UPTON/CAMBRIA SUITES HOTEL ROCKVILLE CONSTRUCTION UPDATE (PHOTOS)

Here is the latest progress at the construction site of the future Upton apartments and Cambria Suites hotel, in Rockville Town Center along E. Middle Lane. Remember, a second tower will be built later on the remaining portion of the public parking lot in front of the Regal Rockville. A second new hotel, Even Hotel, is opening further down Rockville Pike.

The Upton luxury apartments and Cambria Suites hotel have substantially risen skyward since my last update. Here are the latest photos from the construction site at East Middle Lane, in Rockville Town Center. DUBALL ROCKVILLE/THE UPTON CONSTRUCTION UPDATE (PHOTOS)

Construction continues at the future site of a Cambria Suites hotel, and the Upton Rockville luxury apartments, at E. Middle Lane in Rockville Town Center.

The Upton will include a 15th floor rooftop deck and club room, and a 9th-floor sky terrace (did they get those reversed?).
