More "signs" of future Wegmans on Rockville Pike

Word on the street is that Rockville has a new deputy city manager.
ReplyDeleteThe 25k sqft of additional retail is quite substantial, too. For comparison, Dawson's Market is 24.8k sqft, Rockville Buffalo Wild Wings is 5.9k sqft, and RTS Starbucks is 1.9k sqft.
ReplyDeleteAbout time... We have been waiting for this development for years. Hopefully it will spur additional economic activity north of the so hyped about Pike & Rose.
