    1. I will once again patiently remind you that police departments rarely identify the specific address of a crime scene, or business name. Block numbers and categories such as "residence," or "retail" are generally the type of info provided.

    2. Well fxxx that! Since when do the facts and data become unavailable. This is not a law. People are entitled to know the truth and the facts. The public welfare takes precedence over businesses and criminal activity.

    3. Rather than barking at Robert Dyer, just look it up on Google.

The exact business would be good to know but, in reality, what real difference would it make... the assault, theft, or any crime for that matter, is most likely not tied to the specific business and could have occurred at adjacent / nearby establishments. Just avoid the area, or enhance your situational awareness.

  3. The crime was done AT a premises, not BY the premises. The fact that the PD doesn't report location that was not causitive does not require the policy to be "fxxx-ed". When the business is involved WITH a criminal activity, then perhaps you can feel entitled to get that info.

  5. The actual site of many of these crimes can be found simply by using the app openmhz.com and listening to the police broadcast online. They mention were they are responding and for what type of incident.
