Feasty Crab at 16811 Crabbs Branch Way at The Grove shopping center in Derwood is being marketed for sale. The seafood and crab boil restaurant opened here three years ago. Its lease expires in February of 2031, and the restaurant is offering the potential buyer two weeks of training. The asking price for the restaurant is $350,000, according to the online listing.
Horrible place. I wondered how the survived this long. Never a substantial crowd in the place, even on a Saturday night.
