More trouble in the parking lot of a Rockville apartment complex where an armed robbery took place last month. Montgomery County police were again called to the Village Square West apartments at 12401 Village Square Terrace on Halloween night. A 2nd-degree assault took place there at 8:22 PM that evening.
My Illegal nanny used to live there. She since has self deported back to Peru. I would have to give her rides home occasionally. Normally, she would usually ride the bus. It is like little Latin American back in there. It has to be like 90% hispanic. It is not the safest place to be.

DeleteOh so your family illegally hired an undocumented person? U know that’s a crime right? Also, just because an area has a majority of people that are similar doesn’t always make it unsafe. Sometimes it’s just the area itself. Often times, limited resources for income, food, education, and lack of police presence where it’s needed the most are often the biggest factors
ReplyDeleteI know several Hispanic neighborhoods that are so cute. They are family oriented and celebrate their community with pride. I also see this in many neighborhoods that are predominantly black, white and Asian. Yes I also see the opposite of that as well, but I don’t blame a certain group like that. I guess putting racism on blast is comforting, but I assure you it doesn’t help or solve anything.
One of the main problems today is that our immigration system does not require that the immigrants assimilate. They are actually told not to assimilate and to keep their own way of doing things, they are told "diversity is our strength " which could not be further from the truth, a Nation's strength is found in the things we celebrate in common, not our differences.
DeleteGood luck hiring a nanny that is legal. They charge an arm and a leg. It is more common than you think. It helps to speak spanish as most illegals do not speak english or at least not very well. I am aware of 4 families that hire illegal nannies. All four are american gringos married to latin women who came to US legally.
