Rockville City police responded to a report of an assault in the Silver Rock neighborhood on February 25, 2026. The assault was reported at 10:00 PM at the intersection of Woodburn and Gilbert Roads. A motive for the assault is unknown. Police describe the suspect only as a Hispanic male in his 30s, wearing a Carhartt jacket.
