Kettler's Rockville Town Center Phase II development, the Metropolitan at Rockville Town Center, is starting to look more like a residential building now that the real exterior facades are visible instead of the white Tyvek. There's still plenty of Tyvek on the building, especially on the Beall Avenue side.
275 apartments will range from one-bedroom lofts to three bedrooms on the former site of the historic Suburban Trust Building. Amenities will include a fitness center, a yoga room, a pet grooming station, bike storage, two courtyards with outdoor grills, a swimming pool, and a two-story entertainment lounge and terrace. The building is located at 255 N. Washington Street.
For clarafication, this is a combined site of the Suburban Trust Bank building and a former company owned Giant Food store.

Deletewood construction with brick exterior; would hate to live there
ReplyDeleteA real let down from Town Center phase 1. Unimaginably boring design.
ReplyDeleteLooks like this project is several times bigger than that one you're touting in Fredericksburg.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the update
ReplyDeleteIs there any update on the 1405 Research Blvd project - Research Row?
ReplyDeleteThey have mostly been clearing and grading the site so far. No structures yet.
DeleteOh ok - ty. The sport and health site says they will be coming there in 2018 - I was hoping you can find out when Chick Fil A would be coming.
Delete1:32: Pretty sure it should be around the same time, because both businesses already have Coming Soon signs up on the fence around the site.
DeleteAny word on who will occupy the first floor retail space?
ReplyDeleteRemarkable experience earned after reading all the points of this website. I tried hard to get clue about how I could prove content of its blogs not much effective but I surrendered all my weapons just after reading it.เห็ด ถัง เช่า สี ทอง
