A time capsule buried 26 years ago at the Rockville Senior Center will be unearthed and opened on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 5:00 PM. The odd-number anniversary wasn't the original plan in 1995; the pandemic forced the unearthing to be delayed for a year. Tower Records was great, used to go there all the time.There was a Penguin Feather Records across from Wintergreen Plaza in 1980s also.
ReplyDeleteTime capsules that are opened less than 50 years after they were entombed, should be called "Caplets". These articles are not even old enough for a grade schooler not to remember.
