Let's take a look at the progress on Phase 1 of B.F. Saul's Twinbrook Quarter development at the corner of Rockville Pike and Halpine Road, which will be anchored by a Wegmans grocery store. You can see metal framing for the exterior facade going into place. The rooftop of the lower part of the structure will include a 1-acre courtyard, green space, a swimming pool, seating areas and outdoor grills. Delivery of Phase 1 is now anticipated for 2024.
