    1. Great questions. Why wasn't this info reported??

    2. Very simply, because the police department does not release those details for most crime incidents until its more formal crime report is issued 10-14 days later. And even those reports are limited in detail, and do not include every incident.

    3. Interesting. Why would the police restrict information about any crime?

    4. Why do the police limit information about crime in our county at all?

    5. I don't know. The Metropolitan Police Department in DC offers more detail than ours does. I do know that everything you hear happening on the police scanner does *not* end up in those official Montgomery County-issued crime reports.

  2. Do they have any private security at that mall? The crime is getting worse and worse.

  3. It's terrifying to be on Ride On busses these days.People arguing and cussing and threatening other passengers. Yesterday I saw a guy eat a chicken and rice dinner on the back of the bus,and then crack open a tall boy beer and drink it just like he was sitting at home by himself.
