The United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency says a Salvadoran national illegally in the U.S. has been arrested by its Baltimore field office in Maryland. ICE states that Jose Menendez, 46, was convicted of 2nd-degree assault here in Rockville. The agency says Menendez will remain in custody pending deportation proceedings. According to the ICE Online Detainee Locator System, he is currently being held at the Farmville ICE detention center in Farmville, Virginia.

A search of the Maryland Judiciary Case system shows no case related to any Menendez involving an assault, let alone in Rockville. Where is the proof?
ReplyDeleteDoesn’t mean anything because a lot of times they are using different names. Education is key.
Delete@August 14, 2025 at 5:12 PM If that's the case why include a false name here in the story? Doing so could lead to a lawsuit against this blog. You are also saying that the arrest records are inaccurate and that a perps name is not verified during processing. What you are saying couldn't be farther from the truth. Education is KEY. LEARNING YET?
Delete10:57: That is the name ICE publicized. News outlets are not sued for publishing public information released by the government.
