  1. More crime and less action by county council except to decrease traffic stops and we all know that often random stops turn out to be more significant.

    1. They spent all their money on bike lanes, rather than protecting their citizens.

    3. Totally agree. The council says to many minorities are being stopped for certain violations however they are receiving citations or being arrested for those violations so how can that possible be wrong. Maybe, just maybe it is minorities who are in the wrong and maybe the council needs to open their eyes and see the truth!!

  4. Yep, and now the county wants to propose additional measures to make the Montgomery roadways even more dangerous to traverse.

  6. Welcome to MoCo the new and improved crime playground thanks to County Exec Elrich and the County Counsel and their liberal policies. People who commit crimes, regardless of age, should go to jail and do the time not get a PB&J or community service. This county does everything to protect the criminal and nothing to protect the citizen. Time for the voters to wake up and vote those in office OUT and vote in people who will be strong on crime lest we start to see what is happening in DC here in the county!

  9. Knucklehead comments.

So in a County with almost 1.1 million people, every time there's 1 crime by 1 person its bc of liberal politicians?

Even though the overall crime rate in Mo Co is - and has been for a long time - very low, a fraction of the national average.

Hmmm, Maybe best for you all to leave the serious thinking to the big boys and girls and go back to playing army in the woods with your survivalist buddies.

Btw, If you meant to say, that's awful, hope they catch the guy and put him away - I agree.
