A 3,841-square-foot restaurant space at 11 N. Washington Street in Rockville Town Center is now being marketed for lease by Paraclete Realty. Paraclete's online listing notes that dedicated parking is available for the restaurant, but does not indicate the amount of the monthly rent sought. The space was vacated by Tequila Modern Mexican earlier this year, after just a few months in operation. According to documents filed in Montgomery County District Court and posted at the premises, the restaurant owed the landlord $11,962 in rent as of May 2, 2025.

You have to be an ignorant business owner to locate in Rockville town center, every restaurant has failed
ReplyDeleteLMAO! Shirley, please...
DeleteSoon to be the next Bubble Tea or Sushi Hot Pot spot. It's as the Chinatown takeover continues.
ReplyDeleteNeed a strong branded Asian restaurant like Ding Tai Fung to carry that size and location
ReplyDeleteThere is no parking there.
ReplyDeleteSeek and ye shall find, its required.
DeleteRockville Town Center will follow the same path as the Rockville Mall which was across the street. City (taxpayers) & Lenders hold the bag. Developers & Politicians who set it all up got rich and are long gone.
ReplyDeleteThis is a good location for a money laundering style restaurant. Low visibility and foot traffic but high expenses.
ReplyDeleteThe parking is actually pretty easy. It’s in the lot behind the restaurant, enter by the old bank. Folks complaining about successful Chinese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and other Asian restaurants… vote with your dollars and go somewhere else if you don’t like these places. You understand we live in a free market, right? Don’t like what your neighbors like? Oh well…
ReplyDeletePeople should be grateful for the Asian businesses here. Without them, Rockville might be bankrupt
