Contestant Blair Dudley was named the winner of the Maryland region Hooters Swimsuit Pageant at Hooters of Rockville Saturday night. She will now represent the state at the national pageant in Las Vegas. Contestants will be Hooters Girls who win local and regional pageants like the one in Rockville, which drew entrants from Hooters restaurants across Maryland.
