Dulce Crepes to open at Park Potomac


Dulce Crepes
is coming to Park Potomac in 2025. It will be located at 12525 Park Potomac Avenue in Potomac. The 1595-square-foot restaurant will serve sweet and savory crepes, paninis, all-day breakfast, açaí bowls, and beverages that include coffee, smoothies, and milkshakes. A vegan menu will be available. Dulce Crepes is expected to open this spring.


“We are incredibly excited to bring Dulce Crepes to Park Potomac and introduce our signature crepes to the Maryland community,” Dulce Crepes Manager Francisco Aleman said in a statement. “We look forward to becoming a part of the Park Potomac community and serving our new neighbors.” Dulce Crepes has an existing location in Northern Virginia.

Police seek suspects in Park Potomac assault


Montgomery County police are seeking the public's help in identifying and located multiple suspects in the June 22, 2024 aggravated assault at the Park Potomac development. Police say that as many as four suspects ganged up on the two adult victims around 4:10 PM that afternoon, in the 12500 block of Park Potomac Avenue. The suspects displayed unspecified weapons, and assaulted both victims.

Police describe the suspects as three or four Black females in their late teens. If you have any information about the suspects or this incident, you are asked to call police at (301) 279-8000.

Armed robbery at Park Potomac


Montgomery County police responded to a report of an armed robbery at the Park Potomac development early Saturday night, June 8, 2024. The robbery was reported on the street in the 12400 block of Park Potomac Avenue at 6:41 PM. It is still daylight at that time, and also the height of dinner hour.

Fleming's Ultimate Garage displays classic Mustang, Porsche at Park Potomac

Fleming's Ultimate Garage has been out-of-sight, out-of-mind for many in the general public since its move to a less-visible location on Lofstrand Lane from heavily-traveled Rockville Pike. The classic car restorer and dealer is generating some publicity with a display at Park Potomac, featuring a classic Mustang and newer Porsche.
