Indecent exposure in Rockville
Rockville City police responded to a report of indecent exposure in a parking lot early Monday morning, October 2, 2023. The incident was reported in a commercial parking lot in the 700 block of Hungerford Drive at 3:15 AM Monday.
One Sunday morning around 7:30 a.m. very close to Talbott Center a creep was still creeping to do that in his car...I yelled at him when he tried to get close THE POLICE ARE WATCHING YOU NOW and he zipped through the empty parking lot to the other side....that was 1997 or so. They prowl in the night for vicims
