  1. Who walks alone along East Gude Drive at 230 in the morning?

  2. Several of these reported personal attack crimes have left me wondering, what the hell are you doing walking in the reported area at the stated hour? The victim seems to be asking for an attack.

  3. When questioning the hour, I think it's important to consider the possibility that a person who walks along E. Gude Drive at 2:30 AM might be the same person who was cooking meals, cleaning hotel rooms, or working in other essential industries during the worst of the pandemic, while the better-off in society were able to stay home. Many of these jobs require late or early hours with travel time, and the David Scull Courts housing is located behind this block, on First Street. Just one possibility, of course.

    1. I'll take your rational with a grain of salt, given that there are bus stops in that area for transit to a job, however, you are probably aware that there is no transit service at that hour, and should you be in the service industry, going to or from work via any other means of transit, it would be door to door, not by hailing it in a big city. Most service industry workers also have hours that don't end in the middle of the night either. Still baffling.

    2. There is a women's shelter in that block on Taft Court. Another possibility.

  4. That is really dangerous to outside at that hour, you simply cannot be outside at that time of night and expect to be safe.Uf that person was coming from a job, they need to switch to a better job.
