Rockville City police responded to a report of an assault at a restaurant on Rockville Pike early Tuesday morning, January 23, 2024. The assault was reported at a restaurant in the 1300 block of Rockville Pike at 1:14 AM Tuesday. There is a 24-hour McDonald's located on that block.
Crime and assaults are rising.

ReplyDeleteOne would have to cherry pick very specific date ranges in very specific areas for "crime and assaults are rising" to be true. On the whole, crime has been falling dramatically in the US in the last year, decade, and generation. The crime spike at the end of Trump/start of Biden has proven to be short-lived.
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure you are correct about that,why don't you ask Congressman Henry Cuellar who was recently the victim of a carjacking, or United States Representative Mary Gay Scanlon who was also a carjacking victim, or why not ask New Orleans District Attorney Jason Williams and his 78 year old mother who were recently carjacked.The funny thing is,half of these politicians vote for the liberal policies that coddle the criminals,until they are victims ,I guess then they want the book thrown at the criminal.
