  2. The Department of Justices National Crime reporting Agency says Crime is 37% higher now compared to 2020.The FBI is a branch of the Department of Justice also but these two offices disagree sharply on whether Crime is up or down. Since the FBI just admitted to making a mistake in its estimation that Crime fell 2.1 percent in 2022 and instead violent crime actually rose 4.5% I would tend to believe the National Crime Reporting Agency which says Crime is way up.

    1. I want to correct my above post. It's the Bureau of Justice Statistics, an agency in the Department of Justice which says Crime has increased by 37% since 2020.The Bureau of Justice Statistics disagrees with the FBI,which says Crime has fallen.

    3. Since you commented, random could be either temporal or spatial or both and not mutually exclusive.
