Can you identify this suspect in a series of thefts from Barnes & Noble at 1603 Rockville Pike at Congressional Plaza? Rockville City police released these photos today in an effort to identify and locate the alleged shoplifter. Anyone with information about the suspect, or these incidents, is asked to contact Cpl.
