Rockville City police responded to a report of a 2nd-degree assault in East Rockville Saturday morning, November 9, 2024. The assault was reported in the driveway of a home in the 300 block of Howard Avenue at 10:58 AM Saturday. That is a residential street near the CSX and Metro tracks.
No wonder the police chief quit.
