Latest Montgomery County election results show Marc Elrich widening lead over David Blair

Incumbent Marc Elrich has widened his lead over challenger David Blair in the Democratic Montgomery County Executive race, new election results showed late Tuesday night. After another day of counting mail-in ballots, Elrich extended his lead to 50,765 votes (39.30%) over Blair's 50,592 votes (39.17%). It's not over yet, though, and it's still winnable by either candidate. Counting will resume this morning at 10:00 AM at the Germantown campus of Montgomery College.

  2. This vote tally gives businesses and prospective residents insight into the degenerate leftist mentality that permeates this County. Elrich is a constant embarrassment and the fact this is close and that he may prevail is probably the death knell for the County tax base, businesses, school system and will insure high income resident flight. “You get the governance you deserve” Fools.

  3. Elrich's lead dropped 19 votes from the 2nd to the 3rd, there are still roughly over 11000 votes with mail in and provisonals that still needed to be tabulated. I am really hoping that those provisonals will put Blair over the top. We also have Reimer to thank for getting into the election to take votes that most likely would have gone to Blair. Get smart people, if Elrich wins, you need to vote for Reardon Sullivan to save this County.

    Wake Up!!
