Rockville City police responded to a report of an armed robbery at a 7-Eleven store late Saturday night, December 2, 2023. The robbery was reported at the 7-Eleven at 824 Baltimore Road at 11:29 PM Saturday. A firearm was the weapon employed in the robbery.
Crime is so completely out of control in Montgomery County, when will the voters reject the liberal politics and policies that the County has adopted?

DeleteFirst of all, it's *their* not there. But grammar notwithstanding, there was literally a mass shooting in Texas this morning - a state with, I think we can all agree, pretty relaxed gun laws.
While there will always be bad actors, social programs that relieve the pressure of survival, the feelings of hopelessness, and a path out of poverty have been shown to be effective at reducing these types of crimes. Unfortunately our country doesn't do a good job of funding them; and don't come at me with nonsense about creating a welfare state, that's just not a thing.

ReplyDeleteProactive policing and letting police stop people on the street if they look suspicious ( which isn't racist by the way ) is the only way to get the illegal guns off the street. You either want guns off of the street, or you can continue with the racial profiling stuff and continue to have criminals carrying guns.

ReplyDeleteBe very careful the police here don’t care. I w any to run for sheriff and change things. The sheriff don’t do patrol or write tickets after the incident in 1998. That’s when they were removed from patrol
