Montgomery County police were called after an individual reported being the victim of a 2nd-degree assault in a parking lot in the Twinbrook area of Rockville early Saturday morning, September 10, 2022. The assault was reported in a commercial parking lot in the 2100 block of Veirs Mill Road at 2:30 AM.
What are the legitimate reasons to be in that parking lot at that time—when everything has long closed?
