Rockville construction site burglarized


Rockville City police responded to a report of a burglary at a home construction site in the Lincoln Park area yesterday morning. The burglary was reported in the 300 block of Frederick Avenue. Officers found evidence of forced entry at the scene. It is believed the burglary occurred between 7:00 PM Saturday and 7:13 AM Sunday.

  1. I think you meant 300 Frederick Avenue, there is no 300 block of Frederick Road.

    1. Thank you, Norm! I've corrected that, and cannot believe I made that mistake. I was mentally reminding myself not to write "Road" when I started writing the article, and I did it anyway!

    2. We all have those moment LOL. BTW I noticed yesterday that the Meixin Supermarket on Hungerford Drive has been demolished.

  2. Meixin site was being reviewd for historic signifance, as " mid-century" retail but it was deemed not historic clearing the way for replacement as yet another pharmacy or other drive-through retail facility
