Rockville City police responded to a report of a strong-arm robbery in a townhome community yesterday morning. The robbery was reported in the 800 block of Ivy League Lane at 11:45 AM Saturday. That is a development on the former site of the Rockville Drive-In theater, next to the Carver Educational Services Center.
