No wonder the report for children's drug abuse is exploiting exponentially in Maryland. It was pretty smart for the drug dealers to make this a racial issue to pass the weed legislation by the liberals bleeding hearts. Check half of the apartments in the county now smell like weed as children play outside. Terrible. Read what took place in Washington states and how they are pulling back the drug laws. That is Maryland in 5-10 years.
